I think best fits are Edmonton and Vancouver in my opinion. Winnipeg would be alright but they need someone with more offensive upside I think.
Maybe something along the lines of Severson + Holtz for Miller + Poolman for the Canucks.
Edmonton maybe along the lines of Severson for Puljujarvi and Barrie.
More might need to be added either way though.
