Opinions on Miller are…mixed right now for CBJ.

I’m not sure we can fit him, Laine, and JG in. VAN would have to retain half, and we’d have to find takers for Nyquist (to make this year work) and Voracek, (to make next year work) most likely.

I’d probably only counter to add protections to the ‘23 1st. Maybe make it Top 12 protected or something, then defers to ‘24.

Point being, it’s a lot of moving parts. I don’t see a trade like this happening until we can figure out Laine first.

Well I'm certainly way more inclined to move Severson in something like this now that our RD looks...very different.

Devils shouldn’t be targeting Garland. He’s too small. Gaudreau and DeBrincat were different cuz they’re game changers, Garland is not. Severson+ is for Miller is better move

So we take on a $7 million contract in Myers? It's shorter but still wouldn't be worth it
