    If it were that easy to move him Calgary wouldn't be giving Detroit a 2nd and a 7th to take him.

    well my mock trade was conditional on him signing a 7 or 8 year deal but i agree not worth it for 2 years

    Detroit accepts. worst case scenario he is a health scratch all year and the wings take the picks. best case he finds his game and detroit retains and flips him at the deadline for a 2nd or 3rd rounder. Its a win win.
