Djgsiaibr is right. I don't know what to do with team either. I like Yandle as a depth signing but don't want him on the team come crunch time. Underpay for Klingberg (he gets 7.25×7 I think), overpay for Niederreiter, I'd rather have him at 4.5x4. Can't trade Foligno and Nosek AND Forbert AND Reilly, no FAs will ever sign here again... but this lineup is very competitive just wish it were possible.

I like this but no way it happens. Would wanna keep Forbort over Yandle but it’s for cap. I like it but no way it happens. Like you said B’s probably won’t trade Nosek. Like it a lot tho.

-Minnesota has no cap room and has a full D-corps. They're not taking on Forbort.

-I think it's going to cost more than a slide back from the mid 3rd to early 4th to dump all that cap space - you're talking about dumping $6.9M on the Yotes with that one. Probably have to throw in a 1st and mayyybe get back a 4th/5th.

-Why is Nashville trading a guy they just signed on Friday? And why is Boston giving up on Oskar Steen? Sanford is a fine bottom-6 player, but you know what he is at this point. Steen is 4 years younger and put up good AHL numbers this year. I know most bottom-6 guys are pretty fungible, but I'd hold on to the younger guy at that point and take the chance that he turns into something a little better.

-Reilly to the Isles is dead unless it comes at a discounted price - the trade for Alex Romanov and signing of Robin Salo more or less solidifies the LD depth chart behind Adam Pelech so they aren't looking to move a premium asset for a guy at this point.
