Looks like someone hasn’t watched the Devils very much over the last season.
Cus if you did you’d know that Siegenthaler is close to untouchable.
You’d be looking at dealing Bouchard for starters, but know that the Devils got both Nemec and Marino in, i really don’t think there’s anything on the Oilers roster that’d be intriguing enough to deal Siegenthaler (McDavid and Drai exempted of course).

Siegenthaler is good, but I feel New Jersey won’t want to pay him, and even if he played well last season, New Jersey have a lot of young lhd coming bhall and hughes that could play and siegenthaler feel the off man out, maybe the value isn’t it but still

Siegenthaler was among the top 5 in defensive impacts last year, his defensive results at 5v5 were unmatched. That’s an elite level season and is part of the long term core in Jersey by now.
Him and Luke Hughes are the Devils long term 1st and 2nd pairing defensemen. Bahl could maybe be the third pair guy, he’d be moved way ahead of Siegenthaler in any case.
