Big move is trade Dumba for the cap space to add a forward, Dallas has cap space and need but Dumba may not approve going back to Suter, **It was pointed out that Dallas doesn't have the cap space after resigning RFA's** Can accomplish same move by sending Kulikov to LAK. They are in need of depth defense. CBJ need to clear cap to sign Laine making Nyquist available and most likely cheaper than other options. Nyquist helps fill Fiala hole, plus adds veteran presence to young line.

Works for the Jackets. (I also want to figure out some creative way of getting Dumba in union blue as well, but realistically that ship sailed when we signed Gudbranson.

With Mikey Anderson and Sean Durzi to re-sign (giving us 7 defensemen) and 14 forwards under contract already, any trades from this point on will have to be at least cap-neutral and roster-neutral. But the team down the road is willing to discuss that deal with you.

Nyquist is a redundant part on that line making them way too easy to match up with.
