The first is a nice start, but with the rest of the package being low quality, it doesn't likely interest Chevy.

Pretty easy no for Buffalo and Seattle. It is also not enough for Dubois but at least you moved the Montreal first.

I don’t know, that pick could end up being first overall or in the top 5. Any of those top 5 players in the draft are going to end up being worth more than PLD.

Or could end up being farther back. Way too much of a gamble to take right now with an extremely valuable asset for the Jets. If there was something else desirable in the package to act as insurance, maybe. But the odds of Winnipeg getting something even equal to Dubois are pretty slim. Plus they have to wait 3 or 4 years for that pick to be ready.

If this was at the draft next year and we knew where the pick was, Chevy might consider. Right now Chevy doesn't as there is about a 95% chance he loses this trade.
