Jets fans do not like any offer you’ll send them. That’s a very fair one

Idk, this seems very lopsided in Colorados favor. I'd think you have to remove Appleton, winnipegs third and the retention at the very least

lol yeah at the very least. come on man. PLD has two full years left!!! The absolute audacity. We just got a 1st, 2nd and Barron for Copp as a pure rental!

There is not a chance in France we have to add a pick, a player AND retain $3M in salary just to get the best team in the league's 1st rounder, their 2025 2nd rounder and JT Compher. and I like JT Compher. but that is just a ridiculous low ball.

I say removing the 3rd is fair. Compher is better than Appleton Imo. Winnipeg still has no Leverage and salary is only being retained because it's a one-year Deal but Colorado could still add a tad bit here I guess.

Not a chance from Winnipeg. Compher for Appleton is a wash at best for the Jets and the remainder would be easily beaten elsewhere.

Honestly you people on here just think he’s the second coming of Jean Beliveau. The kid is a good player but he’s nothing special. Keep him until he’s 40 for all I care

He’s going to leave for free in 2024. I really don’t care where he goes either because he’s not a first line centre

Yeah kinda confused he's a 2C on any Contender. His Value is constantly going down as he inches closer to FA. He's not even PPG.

dude he has two full seasons left before UFA. he just had a 60 point season. nobody's saying he's jean beliveau but rentals at the deadline (i.e., a rental for 20 games plus playoffs) go for as much or more than what you're thinking PLD goes for as a 164 game + 2x playoffs rental. That is delusional! Sorry!

The old nonsensical "leave for free" argument is just comical. Why wouldn't the Jets trade him beforehand?
