Good deal. I can see him cracking the bottom-six this year but if not, I would look into sending him somewhere else for a change of scenery. He dominates in the American League, it’s just a matter of putting it all together at the NHL level.

Surprised he only got league minimum for two years. Would have thought he'd at least get the 800k deal Steen signed.

Could be one of the biggest benefactors from the coaching change. He honestly should have made the opening night line-up last year, but was a victim to the numbers game and not needing to clear waivers. This year though the Bruins don't have that luxury

and also with marchy out, there will be minutes to fill... sheltering him with a selke winner like bergeron could be the breakout opportunity i feel like - coming from a nonbruins fan

I like Studnicka especially if a trade of a bottom 6 forward needs to happen to sign Bergeron, Krejci, Zacha. He is a nice piece to slot in if and when needed with both Steen and McLaughlin. I can imagine Monty will have them on a rotation when needed.
