Sadly, Struble is also likely to become a UFA after the college season, so his trade value is minimal.

The rule is that when the player has played 4 years of collegiate hockey (which Struble will have completed) and leaves the university, the drafting team retains their rights for 30 days after the player has left college."

By my reading, Struble will have done his 4 years and will be leaving Northeastern at the end of the school year.
