Question to Flames fan,

Do you think Andersson could be traded because Weegar’s arrival?

Kind of like the idea of:
Hanifin - Weegar
Kylington - Tanev
Zadorov - ?

Kylington and Tanev were great together!

What CGY would want?
A physical top 6 winger like Josh Anderson (+ something else certainly)?
I added Monahan and Dvo to make the cap work!

Weegar, Andersson, Tanev are all three good top 4 RHD. It is kind of a waste when the forward core need a bit of help, no?

My thinking was that Anderson is a poor man Tkachuk (physicality + hands) so he could possibly fit on this top line.

anderson is not really good

if the flames trade andersson (which they likely won’t) it will be for a legitimate top line player

montreal doesn’t have a forward that would make us trade one of our D other than slafkovsky, suzuki, and caufield, who you obviously aren’t gonna trade so no

Its doable but his cap hit and term are a big problem for us and Andersson is basically off the table for any offer you guys would consider "fair", it would take an astronomical overpay like the Panthers did.
