Rangers will regret trading Lindgren. Dude has a ton of heart, is physical and a warrior. He’s the kind of guy you want to play your heart out for. I’d rather just buyout Trouba, Kreider and Goodrow then trade Lindgren. Those 3 contracts are the issues and Panarin as well. They’re solid contributors, but combined the 4 of the are probably overpaid by like $6-8 mil. Plus he allows Fox to play as well as he does by doing the little things that free up time and space for him.

Kreider and Zibanejad's chemistry is too good to disrupt. Who knows how bad Mika will take it losing Chris, could affect his play.

I think Chytil is gone first. Signing Trocheck basically sealed his fate after he comes off his Bridge. Whatever raise he gets as a 3C won't be worth it.

After him, I would move Goodrow. I like what he brings to the table, but could probably find someone similar at a lesser price.

I feel Lindgren will be moved at some point. Very unfortunately. But would hope they could squeeze out each of these next 2 Seasons with him before they do.
