I’d rather have Granlund at $5m than Kadri at $9m + $2m retention on Granlund
kobeottosen19 and Dadof5boys liked this.

Anaheim passes. To high a payment for a boom or bust prospect who has turned out to be a bust. 23 points in 75 games is terrible for an undersized, scoring winger, especially when the previous he did the same thing in 40 games.

I'd give you Alexander Volkov or Daniel O'Reagan and a 2024 5th to take a flyer on your rehab project.

I don't think you need to add Kadri, you already have duchene which had a rlly good season this year and then you would have 25 mil locked up in those 3 players, every team would love to have Kadri but for some it just dosent make sense and I think this is one of those cases

Okay, you are more familiar with Eeli than I am. He went from 0.55 pts/game a season ago to 0.306 pts/game this season, how does that make a 4th line winger worth a 36 OA pick power forward who currently projects to live up to the hype, and a second round pick in a stacked draft class?

He has no shot to move up the lineup in Nashville unless he can show he can outscore Tanner Jeannot, and Nashville apparently has other, cheaper options at his position. He was a 30th overall pick five years ago who doesn't appear to have worked out.
