I don’t think this trade would happen… Sweeney is so bad at his job and this makes too much sense.
Let’s break it down.
Draft picks in the hands of Don Sweeney are useless.
Agree to trade them. ✅
Nick Foligno is washed up and useless.
Agree to trade him. ✅
Reilly is mediocre to replaceable.
Agree to trade him. ✅

Sweeney would still screw this up even if all he got back was a bag of pucks.

anaheim will want more than a late 3rd and 4th to absorb this much cap, this would be an incredibly good deal for the bruins
