Well considering there is no pressing need to move Kerfoot (Leafs are cap compliant with Kerfoot) I'd say the Leafs get a second or 3rd for Kerfoot or move Sandins rights for a late first or early second

Toronto just doesn't have the room to include Milano.

Sandin has to want to sign, they can't really afford him for more than 2m. I think a 1.8-2mx3 is an even compromise. The big issue for him though is probably the LD playing time.
