why would that affect the jackets taking Jiricek over Savoie

I feel if it wasnt Slav it would be Nemec or Cooley

As it seemed pretty evident something went wrong to push him to 4th as when Arizona and NJ passed on him I went K he mused have said something to not impress

New Jersey still takes Nemec at 2. Arizona was high on Cooley so they take him at 3. Slafkovsky drops to 4 and Seattle takes him.

Basically a 1/4 flip flop.
