IMO Laffy will move to RW with Mika and Kreider and Kakko will be RW for Panarin and Trocheck. If Kravstov is with the team, then RW on 3rd line. If Cuylee or Othmann make the team they will be LW on 3rd line with Chytil at C. In that case, Blais, Goodrow and Carpenter as 4th line along with Reaves mixed in. If Kravstov isn't with the team then Blais as RW on 3rd line.

Lafreniere is easily better than Kravtsov, at this stage. I just feel having Kravtsov play off of Kreider and Zibenejad (who already have terrific chemistry) while Lafreniere stays with the Kid Line (who finally showed chemistry in the Playoffs), and then matching Panarin's skillset with a physical player like Blais, gives some better balance to all 3 Lines.

Could work out that way, but I'm still not convinced Kravstov will make the team or not be traded prior to the season. And since he has done nothing to justify getting top 6 minutes, while Laffy has, I can't see Gallant slotting him in there.
