It’s a massive underpay. You aren’t moving a center prospect or a first.

Barzal is getting moved and if he does the Isles need a 1C coming back now. The Isles have lots of wings, nothing against the players you have in there but the only possible scenario would be for Pettersson.

Raty may be a great player, but not this year. The Isles are not in a rebuild, they are actively trying to compete. Trading their 1C for futures would go against everything they are doing.

I’ve said I wouldn’t move Dobson for Pettersson or Robertson cause they couldn’t replace him on the blue line. I’ve admitted either offer would probably be fair.

This isn’t a major trade proposal. This is two prospects who aren’t worth Barzal, a second line winger and two second round picks. This is horrendous and you know it
