Canucks should just hold on to JT Miller and let him walk for free as a UFA as safer for Allvin and Rutherford.

Maybe this is the point of this post. With miller they will be 3rd in the division at best! So to trade him needs to be a thing! Him and Pearson maybe even Horvat if you think they can get a young center like Chytil or Turcotte,Newhook. The d core can be fixed! Not this season but to season 23/24 or 24/25 it will be okay! With Myers gone and Poolman tradeable.

Canucks don't need JT Miller to make the playoffs, cause he's not a franchise cornerstone that a team builds around

Canucks won't be fighting with Vegas and Calgary for 3rd, they're by far better than both those teams
