Yeah but I think just our 2024 3rd has more value than that package

if you made it the habs unprotected 2023 1st instead of calgary 1st this could work. otherwise i think you could add guhle/barron.

BUt if I were to include dman I would add Norlinder and Mailloux ... this would be closer to be closer to fantasy than this ludicrous offer

norlinder is a bust, he's mete 2.0 and mailloux probably isn't allowed in school zones. it would have to guhle/barron.

if you paid 13th for romanov you probably won't be able to afford caufield. guhle/barron/mon 2023 1st is a good starting point for dobson.

Dobson has more value than Caufield. Guhle and a 2023 1st wouldn’t even get the isles to entertain it. Dobson is a star RHD with 4 years minimum left of team control.

Adam Fox? lol the guy who could have went back to Harvard for his senior year and then became a UFA. Never played an NHL game at that point. He was going to the rangers regardless.

There really isn’t a package without caufield that could get Dobson. Isles aren’t trading their best player for anything less than a significant overpayment

Since you think that’s a good starting point, you should definitely be in favor of the Avs trading Byram for Guhle and a 1st
