Peart's a left side D. So Canucks decline unless you give us right side D in Addison or Faber which we need right now

Canucks would be foolish to not at least consider this offer. Peart is still a very good prospect. Can't be too fussy about which side D-prospects play on anymore

To the first poster, you're confusing left handed defenseman for left defenseman. The two are NOT the same.

Peart may be a LHD. But he's a LD/RD by trade, and is fully capable of playing BOTH sides. Daemon Hunt is another Wild prospect who is also capable of playing both sides while being left handed. Just because they're left handed doesn't mean they can't play the right side.

He may not be the flashy RHD prospect like Addison or Faber that Canucks fans want. But he absolutely checks the necessary box.

That's fair considering the Canucks' pressing need is a RD. If that is a fairly good offer in Peart who seems to be a decent prospect and 2 decent picks, I'd take it.

Per multiple NHL reporters, the leafs are the team that has the most interest in Dumba so that is your opinion, not your GM's
