This team would be nuts man. Although Seattle can only take one of Carter and Tanev then. Assuming they take Tanev you are still stuck with Carter on that 3rd line over Bjorkstrand

Kraken take Tanev, Pens let Carter go to FA instead of signing that knee jerk extension

I don't see any explanation that would help your trade proposal.

It's not my trade proposal. It's not any trade proposal. If you read the description you would see that

Yes but why would Seattle sign Carter, Kapanen and Rutta then? You can't just add your players to Seattle, claiming that WHAT if PIT did this instead of that. And leave the garbage to Seattle. So again no on the proposal.

If this scenario actually came to fruition, they'd ship out Zucker even at half retained to have a reasonable amount of cap room. but it's funny how well the math worked, <$100K in space

why is even Seattle presented here? They would never pick Carter. I understand you rather keep McCann over Carter.

They wouldn't. If you see the title is "alternate timeline" and the description lists what would happen.

This trade doesn't exist. There is no trade. He isn't just adding players to Seattle. Rutta, Carter, and Kapanen don't sign with Seattle. So I don't know why you are even giving a no on the proposal. There is no proposal lol. Please read the description

Okay cool - glad we're on the same page. Sorry if I came in hot. What do you mean I keep bringing it up lol - it was literally in your last comment to me. I'm just responding to what you say.

Anyways, Seattle is in the timeline because that's where McCann and Bjorkstrand are. He needed to get those players and dump players form the Pens roster, so he just threw it into a trade.
