Nice. Up to 17 players on the roster, 1 goalie, and nearly 3 mil over the cap.

That's including Weber's LTIR contract

Really fair contract, has a good physical presence and can still put up a decent amount of points. Buys 2? (I think) UFA years also. All around love the dude and hope this deal works out for him

Too expensive IMO and especially for Vegas. But I root for the Avs so I look to see them use up their cap space.

Anything more than $1.8 million for each of Roy and Hague and they can barely ice a roster

My guess is Nolan Patrick moves to LTIR once season starts as apparently his progress is going at a snails pace and Brossoit gets traded (honestly I feel Nolan's NHL time is up and he might just sit out then retire)

With that Thomson comes up and they got space to sign the rest and heck get Kessel at 2mill in FA on a 1 year deal if hes okay with it

Aight, I’m gonna get jumped on for this, but don’t you have to be under the cap before LTIR to accrue space for TDL or something?

I’m god knows how many years into trying to understand this, and I still don’t understand it…LTIR isn’t just free cap space, correct?

In a vacuum, this isn't a bad deal. HOWEVER, Vegas just can't afford to pay anyone above league min at this point.

So they'll give Reilly and Theodore away for future considerations, place Roy on the second line and Kolesar on the third I guess?
