Islanders have $11.1 million in cap space right now, with Noah Dobson, Alex Romanov and Kieffer Bellows (who gives them 6 LWs among 14 forwards) still to re-sign. I don't think that they're a likely destination for Kerfoot and his $3.5 million cap hit.

Kyle Palmeri and Nelson are supposedly on the trade block. One or the other is more than likely moved to create a spot to resign Dobson, Romanov and Bellows.

No one needs to be moved at all for the Isles to fit Dobson, Romanov and Bellows.
If the Isles sign Kadri they only have to move Bailey to fit him in.
Neither Nelson (M-NTC) or Palmeri (NTC) are on the trading block, but if you want to cite an article, tweet, etc. to backup your claim please share.
