Beauvillier a "cap dump"?!?!? Last season he had as many points as Tanner Pearson and more than the highly touted Vasily Podkolzin. Which is not to suggest for an instant that he's anywhere close in value to Podkolzin, but referring to him as a cap dump in an ACGM featuring a trade of Tyler Myers (WITH retention) is a little over the top.

A) Pearson isn't exactly in VAN for his offence.
B) Pearson makes less so that comparison doesn't make sense anyway
C) And the entire point on retaining on Myers is so he *isn't* just a cap dump.

Isles have plenty of cap space for romanov and dobson on a long term deal and bellows. If they go for someone like kadri they would move bailey and his 5m cap hit and open a roster spot plus sign dobson to a bridge so kadri fits. Zero need or want to move beau.

VAN fans please wakeup. NYI do not have to salary dump at all absent Kadri. They can easily run back the same group that went ECF two years in a row and assume last year to be an aberration with all the exterior crap they had to deal with. They have plenty of space for Romanov & Dobson and Bellows is not viwwed as vital at all. Bellows is not getting $1mm or more from anyone nor does he deserve it.
