Our cap situation means that we can't afford EITHER Nylander OR Kane at 50% in exchange for Matt Roy.

Chicago rejects trade #1 Not enough quality for Patrick Kane.

LA rejects trade #2 Not enough cap space to take on Nylander and P Kane at 50% retention.

Montreal rejects trade #3 And yeah sorry but Rasmus Sandin and a 3rd doesn't come close to land a top 3 pick in the strongest draft in recent memory.

Habs pass our LD is so deep by next season our AHL and NHL will be mostly all Rookie LD.
Sandin's great but not good enough to call an upgrade over a Ghule making him a no go
We'd have more interest in Holl then Sandin and CHI i think feels the same way

That said we wont give you nothing for Holl claiming him on wiavers to start the season in my prediction for this years pre season waivers
