Really not sure about those free agent signings, but the Girard trade looks like fair value for all involved. Not something I'm used to saying about armchair GM trades from other team's fanbases, but I think the Sens take that trade.

Honestly, I think CBJ would jump at that deal if it were offered. Much as I love TFW, he'll need to clear waivers, as would Emil Bemstrom and Liam Foudy, so there is likely to be SOME movement among that group.
