Looks like VGK took my advice

Also was on the ball as I said one of VGK, AVS or Flames were gonna go get him

Now all the big names are gone

So were moving on to depth

Expect Rodrigues, Milano, Sprong, etc to be signed soon along with Subban and De-Haan

I thought Vegas would sign him after Lehner got hurt. It made sense close to Arizona and a decent chance of winning.

Im starting to wonder if VGK is working out a deal for Reimer

As rn SJS have 3 NHL goaltenders making over a mill

Kahkonen
Hill
Reimer

And one is gonna have to be moved and Reimer to me makes the most sense.

Still see VGK adding as I believe they still got what 10mill to spend

Wouldnt be surprised if we see one of Rodrigues or Milano sign then maybe to add some blue line insurance they sign De-Haan

Also expect a Reimer or Hill trade

I just can't see San Jose doing Vegas any favors; at least not directly. Not sure why they haven't taken a shot at Corey Schneider. He looked good in AHL duty last year; at least a tandem between him and Logan Thompson gets them to the trade deadline.

Florida could really use de Haan but they are stuck over the cap without a way out right now.

Wont be a favor but I dont see a them carrying 3 NHL goalies the entire season as thats very rare today. So in a sense neither is in a strong position in the trade

Agreed, dont got money to do it and Hornqvist's M-NTC and cap hit presents a problem

As then Zito will have given up another asset in his desperation

Zito might have done an oppsey here

Yep; but they have no choice really; especially when Duclair is healthy. Might as well get it over with now rather than wait until mid season.

I half wondered if they would be able to unload Bobrovsky to Vegas with retention but not even Vegas can be that crazy with the cap (or could they?).

San Jose and New Jersey could have valuable goalie assets to trade mid-year (when Bernier is healthy) and any of the contenders have injuries or their goalies suck.

Avs could be a big target; and then of course there are the teams like Tampa and New York Rangers that put all their eggs in the one workhorse basket and an injury spells disaster for their season.

I dont see VGK wanting to carry Bob's deal as remember that LTIR space aint permeant and Lehner is coming back

Oh I get it; just seems like a Vegas-y think to do and then try and deal Lehner in the off-season

Nope as for one Sandin is younger and second both are very similar players

TOR adds lul yeah right

In general Sandin doesnt suffer 2 knee injuries probs ends with a significantly higher total than Durzi. Plus in terms of defense Sandin is the better guy. Durzi took to many penalties for his own good and that will just cause issues for us which is why I dont think its a good idea to do it. Also Niemela is coming

Sandins game in Game 6 of the 1st round in 2021 force me to disagree

Um Sandin didn't play game 6 lul

So whatever you thought you saw from him was actually from Dermott. Don't know how you could mistaken the two but hey we all make mistakes

Besides Durzi looked worse in his playoffs debut especially when he was needed in a top 4 roleso not a great point to go off of anyways

They had the choice between a Matheson anchor and a Hornqvist partial anchor, don’t think Zito made a mistake in that trade

Not getting into a drunk driving debate, but the simple solution to not drink and drive, period. End of debate.

One drink would get him to around .03 BAC he probably had 2/3 and waited a good 3/4 hours before driving and still ended up blowing .02 if that is the case.
