If I was Dallas I'd maybe accept, but knowing Nill's policy of never moving first rounders I don't think he would accept.

Dach hasn’t been very good recently. This would be a huge gamble for Vancouver

he was in a blow up in chicago and coming back from one of the worst injury for a center and hockey player ... so yeah. Still a 3rd overall so 2 first for a rental to be Miller ... yes a gamble but not a terrible one ...

He did say during DeBoer's press conference that he plans to stay as GM for at least a few more years, and seems like Gaglardi likes the guy.

A good prospect and a 2023 first is apparently the moon for a 99 point player I guess. Dach doesn’t hold third overall status. He hasn’t lived up to that. Nail Yakipov was first overall but that doesn’t mean he is worth a first overall pick

Huberdeau was added to Weegar and a 1st and was a better PPG producer than Miller for Tkachuk ... Yeah it's the moon you are looking for.

Vladar was a rookie last year and was better than Allen, he is also making league minimum this season so he logically won't be moved at all. If you want Vladar wait a year and bid for him as an RFA. If you want Valimaki a prospect swap would probably get it done, Ylonen maybe?

Technically Yakupov is a 1st rd asset.. Maybe Canucks should sign him? Just because a player was drafted high doesn't mean he retains that pedigree if he hasn't shown any of that potential in the NHL

Habs fans keep trading Allen to Calgary when he is more expensive and worse than their existing backup. Also wouldn't fit under the cap.

Am I ask in for a 24 year old 100 point winger? No I am not you ignorant fool. Can you read? Do you have something preventing you from understanding things? A 2023 first, and a good prospect. Not a 2025 first, cap dump, and disappointing player
