Seattle already has to many men rostered, every team except Arizona doesn't have cap space for any of these guys. These are all cap dumps except maybe Gallagher, so you aren't getting picks for these guys..

Gallagher is the biggest cap dump. Even retained its bad for Vancouver

cap dumps doesn't get you picks and prospects back. See how many teams there is that is just around the cap floor.
I am not saying cap dumps isn't possible but it will cost you higher draft picks. First and second round picks
