Brossoit is not a great backup he was horrible last season.

he had a positive GSAA. 4.62. I dont love it but not sure who else we could get ahead of him. Not many options right now

Speaking of options how about vegas. They literally have 1 external option (varly) so how do you not squeeze them rn? This would not be a good return for significantly weakening yourself in net and simultaneously giving a trapped team a solid starter. Either they pay through the roof or we keep varly thats what lou should do. Id rather keep varly than do this.

If bailey gets moved which despite what people say on CF i dont think will cost a lot, then varly doesmt need to get moved at all. Lou has also made very clear that he isnt moving varly for the sake of getting cap relief. The only way i could see lou moving varly is if he gets a great return.

Shedding cap costs a lot this offseason. Go look at every cap dump and how the return sucks. Vegas isn't as desperate as you make it seem.
