Not the worst trade package for Kaner. Isak Rosen is a good prospect...I think that 2023 could turn into a 1st.

Canucks probably accept. Ostlund and Lekkerimakki together would be sweet

Pretty good offer for Miller. Canucks may ask for the 2023 1st but still think they’d accept this

No chance Adams would do either of these trades. He is playing this year out with young guys. Why trade assets away for Kane when we can sign him next year as a UFA. Also Miller a great player but not on Adams Radar. He would go with someone younger next year.

Hawks decline. They need guarantees primo prospect and at least a 1st. I don’t care that Kane is a rental or 33 blah blah blah. You’re talking about a guy who has put up THE MOST points in the NHL since 2010 at 950. More than Crosby has put up. He also put up more than 90 points last seasons. He’s never injured and isn’t slowing down. If you’re going to get Kane for a playoff run or you’re an up and coming team and giving him an extension you’re getting one of the best EVER. You gotta offer more.

Sabres aren’t Cup contenders next year. He may go to a team at trade deadline if he wants to wave his no trade clause. If not he plays with the Hawks all next year and then signs with the Sabres in July and Hawks get nothing for him.

He will get traded at the TDL to a contender, he's not going to waive to go to a non contender. His future after next season will likely be dictated by who's competing, or coming back to Chicago. If Buffalo isn't competing, he's not signing there...you can bet on it. Fans make a big deal that players all want to play where they grew up, more often then not that is not the case and not like Buffalo from a living perspective comes close to markets like Chicago, LA, Vegas, Florida, NY, etc.

No chance the Sabres touch either trade. This is an evaluation year, with a bunch of very young players. I can't see the Sabres doing anything this aggressive until next summer. And probably more importantly, I can't see ownership signing off on bringing in that much salary for this season.

Imagine trading Kane for a big time prospect, a young NHL player and a 1st, winning draft lottery and getting Bedard, and then resigning Kane in free agency. 😂😂 a guy can dream.

Sabres aren't giving up players they just drafted for rentals. Okposo is their captain. Picks for Kane and forget Miller
