The Jets don't have as much flexibility in reality as the headline cap space amount on Capfriendly suggests. After accounting for potential bonus overages, they only have about $3.5 million instead of $6.3 million. That $3.5 million will probably go to a combination of a middle tier and some depth signings, as players (who have not secretly agreed to terms with Lou) will be looking for a place to land.
