Boston will not be able to sign him next season.

Just wait a year and get him for free. That top line would be the best in hockey history I think

I agree which is why they need to trade for him now since they have the cap space next year for him.

Yeah everyone knows Boston has to overpay to keep their best players. Bergeron is making 2.5 million lmao

Even if that’s the case this offer gets beaten by any team that actually bids on him. Bob tanks the value of that deal and if you want to talk about realities he’s not waiving the NMC that was given to him in the first place.

Why not? They don't have a money problem to do that with Foligno gone.

Plus adding declining Bobrovsky with that $10M contract is about the stupidest course of action they could do, as how would they keep Reinhart after 2024?

This post wasn’t well thought out. Then again this dude went back and started commenting on month old ACGM
where I don’t make any trades. Was legit just a look at the isles current roster. Not sure if you should take him seriously lmao.

Boston passes big time, And it's not even close.

Florida wont even have the cap space next summer to sign David Pastrnak long term, So he's basically a one year rental in Florida. Anthony Duclair is expected to miss most of the season. So why would Boston have any interest in him?

I got news for you, Boston has $10,000,000 more in cap space next year than Florida. So if Boston can't afford him neither can Florida. He's just a one year rental for the Panthers.

If this happens, it would be close to the deadline if Boston is out and it would be closer to Pasternak/Ullmark for Reinhart/Bennett and a couple picks like a 2023 2nd and 4th.
