Yeah the MTL trade isnt really necessary., but after the first few moves I just thought we seemed a little bit depleted on draft picks. Figured if Kostin still doesn't show up this season then by next season we move on. MTL could take a gamble on a once highly tout prospect for a fourth (of which they have two other fourths already).

Blackwell could have more value at the TDL then this offer, plus we don't want Scandello taking up a roster spot.

Sorry to disappoint, but your general idea ain't bad here. Obviously, one problem is Chicago presumably ain't doing that. There's certainly a few snips I'd make here and there (like that Kyrou extension needs to be longer), but I won't be jacking anything up today. Maybe next time.
