Right now, Calgary have four very good top-4 defensemen, but if they can't re-sign Weegar, this trade would reduce that to two. Moreover, four years of the cheaper Andersson is probably worth two years of Nylander, but if not, the difference can't be as much as you have here.

Thats an awful trade, Nylander and Ras is basically a wash the difference certainly isnt two young players and a first thats a joke.

I'm not sure I would trade Ras for Nylander straight up, not a chance we'd include a 1st, Dube and Valimaki too. Hell, I wouldn't even do this deal if it were Kylington instead of Andersson.
