Final touches

Description
Ignore the AHL team but this is what I see/hope the Flames look like by start of next season. Lucic is moved for cap space and monny is gonna be traded but we don’t know the details yet. So I just did somewhat fair trades to make the roster.

Take out Tschigerl, Warren and the 4th and the Ducks still might not accept

Why would the Ducks trade their most recent 2nd round pick? Let alone in a trade like this for an expensive cap dump?

Yes I know real money is low but cap hit is still significant.

Anaheim declines. We might be interested in receiving Lucic, but that's definitely the wrong offer and the wrong request from Calgary.

The ducks trade isn’t legit what I think it’ll be. I just put a few things in for a return. So I can make the rest of the roster. I can see Tschigerl and a fourth for return but you can’t forget Valimaki was part of the deal so the return is a bit better for Calgary and so the flames can get more substitute d men

Put John Moore in there instead of Noah Warren and we'd say Yes.

Welcome to CapFriendly, by the way!

We really don't want Juuso, we already have two high scoring LD in our pipeline that are nearing NHL ready, and two defensive focused LD that are going to be getting significant reps this season. There's no room at LD for anyone from the outside. We are going to dig into our RD pipeline next season, so there is no sense in moving Warren.

We'll take Lucic and a 2023 2nd and throw a 2023 5th back, but shop Juuso elsewhere,

We got one, Kulikov was given to us by the Wild.

Drop Warren and we may have a deal. We really have no use for Juuso, we already have a logjam at LD for youth, no need to add to it. Warren is RD which we are desperately short on, we wont be giving him up immediately after we draft.

Lucic is negative value and Juuso is meh for us.
