Even if he was at .8 PPG he wouldn’t be worth this package. And he probably won’t be anyway.

He was over 1pt per game in 2018-2019 and .8pts per game before that (then he got injured). We`ll see what happens at the TDL

Yeah we ain't getting this. If he's turning back to his old self you're looking at a Copp kind of return, pair of 2nds maybe one with condition to become a 1st.

There is no way any team is giving up multiple 1sts, this is very unrealistic. Teams barely give up multiple 1st for high end rfas with team control left

only situation I can see COl paying a price like this would be for a Brandon Hagel type player. As in extremely solid young depth player on an extremely solid multi year contract. Only player on the Habs who could fit this is MAYBE Jake Evans...even then.. Evans would have to put up AMAZING numbers prior to the trade deadline. A lot of things would have to go right for that to even happen. I don't see it.

If he is turning like is old self a 30 goal scoring, good faceoff guy, big body he will fetch a first from someone since that what all team are looking for. Coop is not close to what Monahan have been. Copp have break 20 goal once. If monahan get back to form he will be a premium assets at the deadline.
