it's not insane when he is a premier PF in the league and the cap continues to go up, his % of the cap will fall right in line with his performance, and he's still young

And the ballpark for a player who has one year left on his deal and won't resign, a player like TK and 1st, and a good prospect is great for that. I wouldn't mind adding more, but we're in the ballpark.

Yzerman has already said that he plans on resigning Oskar Sundqvist, Yzerman has never made a trade for a player and let them walk.

7 x 7 for an unvaxxed player who on average is going to miss about on average 8-10 games because he can't play in Canada. Would be insane.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm saying it's no reason to not sign a big bodied 30 goal scorer who can play physical and is just entering his prime.
