I think it makes sense for LAK cause Sandin is younger. Durzi was an overager if I’m not mistaken.

Who's gonna play 2LHD when Muzzin and Gio are gone ?
Sandin is their future LHD, he is just stuck behind those two veteran

Kerfoot has a 10 team no trade list - I would certainly assume ARZ is on that list.

He was 19 or 20 when he was drafted I’m pretty sure

Durzi's one season is better than Sandin's career so far. I'm not saying that it's going to stay that way, but Durzi is developing right along the path we want to see. When both Doughty and Roy were injured, Durzi stepped up and did a very good job in their stead. Plus, it's not as good a fit as it might appear -- we have four LhDs on the roster now, and only one of them (Tobias Bjornfot) is waivers-exempt, and Sandin would make 5. Yes, we're looking for a substantial upgrade at LhD, but the package going back would probably have to include Bjornfot or Jakob Moverare for that reason.

I think the stat line for both would be similar with similar opportunity.

Players waive NTC all the time, and as I said, anywhere is an option, I think hes 110% gone, just who knows where. Holl also has an NTC

yea they do. durzi has shown more and is more valuable at this point.
