Description

Idle thought. Gives the Kings more cap flexibility to move prospects up and down from Ontario without using the LTIR list. Maybe the analytics students will tell me that McCabe isn't all that good, but he's always impressed me.

In my opinion Walker or Iafallo alone are worth more than McCabe. But of course we all value players differently. So I respect your trade.

He's not as valuable to us as Adrian Kempe.
He's not as valuable to us as Anze Kopitar.
He's not as valuable to us as Kevin Fiala.
He's not as valuable to us as Trevor Moore.
He's not as valuable to us as Phillip Danault.
He's not as valuable to us as Viktor Arvidsson.
He's not as valuable to us as Quinton Byfield.
And I wouldn't keep him over Art Kaliyev, either.
And I don't think that he is as valuable to us as Jake McCabe or Ivan Provorov would be.
I don't think that he's the untouchable or the invaluable you're convinced he is.

Thank you. I agree on that. Someone else on here said he’d refuse this offer without even thinking about it. Keep in mind this same person said he wouldn’t trade Byfield anything short of Mcdavid or Mackinnon..
