Great signing by Yzerman tho on Filip, shocked at the term. Figured it would be a 2 year deal at that price.

I had Zadina signing for 2 years 1.5 mil AAV. I'm surprised he got the 3rd year. I hope he does well but I'm not overly confident.

I’ve watched the kid play since day 1 and he’s developed his two-way game incrementally and I expect him to continue that.

I like Zadina's hustle and he's improved his 2 way game. His attitude is fine. But he was drafted 6th overall to score goals. And that's the one thing missing from his game. He doesn't score goals.

It’s all in his confidence or lack thereof and gaining chemistry & consistency on a line. He’ll be OK. Not 6th overall ok, but he’s an NHL player for sure.
