No interest in Benson from the Sabres,

I think the Sabres politely decline. Since they hit the floor, there has been no indication that they are willing to take on ANY additional cap. Benson ends up in Rochester, don't see much chance of him beating out our wingers, and we just drafted 3 forwards in this year's first round. And I don't think I would bother asking the owner to write a check for 2.65 million if the only real piece we are getting is a 3rd.

Arizona wants a blue chip prospect and 2 1st round picks, Which none you provide. So Arizona passes.

Chicago will get a far better offer than that for Patrick Kane. If i'm Kyle Davidson i easily turn that offer down. Which means he'll probably accept.

I think that makes more sense, honestly, I still don't think they do it. I really think they are all set with their cap, gonna have to really make it tough to say no.

I take it your opinion of Bourgault isn't high? Because he's as close to a blue chip prospect as they have. Also, there's a 1st in that trade; did he edit the trade or did you just miss that part?

Yeah, unless a team is giving us a 1st to take a player, it’ll probably be hard to convince ownership to spend the $$ right now- not that they wouldn’t spend $$, it’s just gotta be worth our while

"Which none you provide" lol trade has a first, a second in a well know deep draft and a guy in Bourgault that just put up 50-54-104 in 63 games last season including memorial cup plus Petrov who put up 42-58-100 in 76 games. To act like this offer is not even close is ridiculous but viewing your opinions on other trades, I'm not surprised.
