Dvorak isn’t heading back to ARZ. Expect him to head to a team that needs a 2C like Colorado.

If the need to get rid of Drouin they might as well buy out his contract. They don't need the cap space this year and I don't think it'll hurt next year that much.

Or they can bury him in the AHL

you never buy out a guy unless you need the cap space! ride out that last year and you’ll be better off

Woh there buddy, you've let your intrusive thought win here.

We are not paying to get rid of Drouin and we are keeping Dvorak. There is no need to trade them at their lowest value.

The habs will field a very offensive minded team that will put guys like Drouin in value, same as Dvorak with MSL.

We're not paying to move a guy who's contract expires after this year anyway, nor should we be moving Dvo before we move the endless wingers we have.

Especially when the rumours that he will have his return top out at a 2nd rounder. Pointless. They can just wait it out on a 3 year deal as he's only 26 years old and in his prime

I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED TO SEE HOFFMAN BURIED MOST OF THE YEAR. He can build some value next season when all these wingers have their deals run out in 2023.
