I wonder who the last team to win the cup was that only spent a combined 3 mil on goalies.

Found the answer. Technically the 12-13 Blackhawks, though it was due to the lockout prorating Salaries. If it had run a full season it would have been 3.3 mil for Crawford and Emery

Officially, it's the 11-12 Kings, with a combo of Quick and Bernier costing 2.775 mil combined.

I didn't check every single team, but I'm about 95% confident in my answer
