Personally I believe:

1st Edmonton: Mcdavid/Draisaitil will be an effective duo like Crosby/ Malkin
2nd Toronto: Matthews, Marner and Nylander will lead the way
3rd Winnipeg: Great young D core followed by a great young top 6. Hopefully Helleybuyck matures properly
4th Tampa Bay: Stevy Y knows what he's doing
5th Anaheim: Best young defensive core in the league. Can easily find pieces to polish the Forwards

Bubble teams:
Pittsburgh ( depends how good Crosby and Malkin are in their Mid 30's)
Columbus ( All they need is a true 1C)
Carolina ( same issue as CBJ)
Arizona ( Need to see how strome and others develop)

I don't know if I would put ANA there over other teams. In 5 years Perry/Getzlaf/Kesler will all be a lot older and won't be core pieces so unless they find 3 elite players (arguably they've found one already in Sam Steel possibly) than I can't see them being a TOP team, not to say they won't be good but not dynasty

1. Columbus
2. Edmonton
3. Toronto
4. Arizona
5. Winnipeg

TBL is up there because Yzerman will find a way to fix the team.
