Columbus and many teams who have no use for Savard at 3m....and you want a top 45 pick too. $$$$ cheap Arizona has no use for Hoffman. Lots better ways to spend $$$$ or reach the cap floor by obtaining players with low cash hit but high cap hit. Rangers can't afford more cap, and really not one player mentioned would interest them. Not sure Durzi even signs a 3m offers sheet and Kings would rather have the 35th pick in the next draft than that package.
Sending non value players without getting back similar cap just doesn't work in this cap strapped NHL.

Lundkvist >Norlinder - But MN had a year where despite Concussion issues managed to play in the AHL and SHL playoffs with 7 pts in 14 games
Pitlick>Blais - RP did more as a Rookie then Blais in most of his 5 years Pro

So i dont see how Armia ,2nd and a 6th makes sense given that.
I think if anything a deal with Ylonen/Norlinder and Kravtasov/Lundkvist might make sense with those picks.
Ylonen's ready now and had a point more in 5 more NHL games last year at the same age.
The picks will cover the offsetting balance required

I just dont see how adding Armia or Pitlick helps this trade

Armia is a player NYR doesn't need and contract goes on for 3 more years. And NYR are already hard pressed cap wise signing players like Laffy and Miller. So for NYR there it is already a deal breaker.

For this to work for NYR remove the Armia cap dump, remove Norlinder and add Riley Kidney. And you are on my mark
