I feel like value wise it’s probably there (don’t want Lucic at all though) but Vancouver really would want some form of a RHD. Whether prospect or player, Vancouver would really push for one. I think they can get better offers.

Lucic in the deal ends it right there, Vancouver has no need for Lucic. If Lucic goes anywhere it's back to Boston not vancouver.

I feel a Team like ANA or ARI (if Lucic okay'd a Trade to go there) would accept a 2nd for his full Cap Hit, knowing they could flip him 50% retained to a contender for another Pick or Prospect, so VAN wouldn't need to worry about taking him (although I believe he would love to go back home to play in VAN if CGY were to move him for a deal like this)

VAN Fans are wanting an Upgrade at RD, but the Flames don't really have anything to offer in that regard that they'd give up, unless it's a Left Shot LD/RD, like Valimaki or Kylington. Does VAN have any interest in either of these 2 players though?

I don’t think so. I feel like if Vancouver was to make a trade with Calgary, it would be a 3-way with LA probably around Garland. Vancouver gets Durzi, LA gets Kylington and a pick, and Calgary gets Garland. Vancouver would probably also want a pick. I just don’t see Vancouver going for that package

Good idea! But Garland > Kylington > Durzi, so it'd be likely be VAN getting something extra from both CGY & LAK

VAN gets: Durzi and 2 seconds/thirds? (Not entirely sure which, one from each team)
LA gets: Kylington
CGY gets: Garland

Ducks would take Lucic with a 2nd round pick.

That said, we're not in on Juuso, so the ANA deal proposed in the ACGM is a no from our side.

Maybe CGY sends a 3rd and LAK send a 4th both to VAN OR CGY sends a 2nd to VAN and CGY gets LAK's 4th. Seems light, but VAN does need to clear Cap Space. Durzi will cost something similar to Kylington= $2.5mil/year and VAN's already $2.75mil over the Cap. VAN'll get $3.5mil in Cap Relief from Ferland being placed on LTIR, but they still need to add 3 more players to their roster as well, so they may elect to take Cheap Players instead of picks, like Matthew Phillips and Walker Duehr from CGY

Vancouver currently is fine cap wise with a 23 man roster.

You're right. Was just looking at the numbers and wasn't paying full attention, my bad. Guys currently on IR should be healthy and ready for the season, other than Ferland

You mean a prospect that wouldn't crack our 3rd line?
