If we wanted to trade Durzi for Sandin we would have dealt with Toronto directly already. Besides, it's not as good a fit as it first appears. Sandin's demand appears to be more than $2 million AAV, and that's simply too rich for our blood. And Durzi has already established himself as more offensively developed than Sandin despite the fact that Sandin has played 33% more games in the NHL.

Miller for Durzi and 1st? I think there's a better trade to be made. Also, Kerfoot is a bad center, Dickinson probably has a higher FO%.

Hirvonen is a good prospect as well. I think a young rhd, a good prospect and a 1st is a decent return at this point. Also adding a middle 6 center doesn’t hurt

Hirvonen looked good at the WJC, but I'm not convinced he'll make it to the NHL.

Hirvonen is the real deal.......a totally under-estimated and under-appreciated young hockey player......there is a reason he was the FInnish Captain in the World Juniors.....He is going to make the Leafs as a bottom six centre or left-wing......He is a tremendous competitor.

We all know that Stand Pat Allvin and Retired Rutherford missed the boat to trade JT Miller.......so no trade is going to happen.
