This offer is easily beaten. Boston doesn't have the pieces for a Kane trade

It's essentially why CFACGM exists.

Well good thing Boston is not pursuing him. Lol.

I don’t think you are going to get the kind of return you think you are going to get though.

If you think teams are lining up to give more than a 1st/2nd/ a 25 year old 25 goal scorer and a couple mid level prospects for a rental then more power to you i guess. Most likely you’ll get a 1st, a high end prospect, mid level piece, and some salary back.

Boston won't be even competing for the cap this year, So Patrick Kane isn't happening.

You won't even have Marchand, Grzelcyk and McAvoy to start the season, Most will be out close to 2 months if not longer.

Marchand & McAvoy are out the longest and both are expected back end of November / early December. They likely will miss less than 20 games.

They still have Bergeron, Pastrnak, Hall, Krejci, Lindholm, Carlo, and two good goaltenders to start the year who will keep the team competitive until the injured guys come back. With a healthy lineup, that is a Cup contending team.

In sure that's why Bergeron and Krejci came back for pennies on the dollar.

You’ve got to be kidding right. With Kane on the Bruins, they actually move the needle on being a cup contender. Marchy, Bergy, Kane might just be the best line in hockey for a season. Hall, Krejci, Pasta could be the 2nd best line in hockey.

Teams may offer better deals, but who has the assets and are close enough to a cup, with enough cap space to make it happen?

2011.

That was a different team and a different time, I fail to see how that's relevant unless you're just looking to reopen an old wound to be spiteful
